headshopt-blackEunice Kim designs collaborative, interactive media for single-channel projections, installations and live communal performances. Ms. Kim’s real time analog/digital image and sound processing equipment allows for any space or object to be re-mapped with dynamic, live projections. Her custom-made hardware and software are activated across a variety of responsive, modular interfaces and alternative imaging devices. These responsive visual performance systems empower artists and audiences to play and produce media together and in real time. Ms. Kim has a Master’s degree in the Interactive Telecommunication Program from New York University’s Tisch School of Arts and a BFA in Fine Art Media from the School of Visual Arts. She has been transforming the space at the American Museum of Natural History for #OneStepBeyond since 2011.
